This project has focused to the women having Uterine prolapsed and their family members As well as government health ministry and it's branches . According to the process of UPRP project, many awareness raising and capacity building activities have been being carried out. It has also did the lobbying and advocacy with Government and their family and community for the treatment and and support to the affected women and their family members. Project activities have been implemented through the mother groups as well as community groups. Besides supporting the affected women, the family members have been also provided coaching and mentoring support through family visits. Along with this women having UP have received free treatment of UP. Within this project VDC level women networks have been formed and provided them revolving fund for their support

Major outcomes achieved:

• Established the women network and working on the issue of uterus prolapsed and domestic violence's which has been being influenced to the VDCs and other agencies for getting support

• Increased the participation of women in the social decision making process.

• VDCs and other agencies at local level as well as district level have realized the problem of uterus prolapsed and VDCs started to allocate budget for some activities related to UP.

• Increased the number of women visited district hospital and other health institutions and get service for UP problem like check up, operation, exercise etc.

• Discrimination's felt due to uterus prolapsed and HIV has been being reduced at family level and community level as well.

• Increased harmony among family members and reduced the trauma to UP affected women.

• Reduced the conflict among husband and wife and other family members due to uterus prolapsed.
